I just got back from one of my favorite gatherings... food blog potlucks. We've done three of them now, and it's really been a neat experience. It's interesting to see what we each pick to make, to get to taste a variety of one person's dishes in one night, and to get together and enjoy each others company. We also watched the season premiere (thanks to dvr recording!) together. After we go through our favorite food blogs, we're thinking that perhaps we'll move on to favorite cookbooks.
My current favorite chef: Rick Bayless. I must get to Chicago to try some of his food!
