Celeriac

Sunday night we had a fabulous dinner. It felt great to find my groove again. After a seemingly endless string of disappointing recipe choices, Sunday night was just what I needed. A couple of Rob's colleagues and their significant others came over for dinner, and we decided to keep it simple as it had been a busy day and we do have a baby after all. We made Cook's Illustrated's mac 'n' cheese (perfect with its hint of gorgonzola) as well as their celeriac salad with tart apples and parsley. Both dishes were a total hit. I could tell that folks were resisting the urge to lick their plates. Felt good. Real good.
